Gluttony sounds like excess, weariness or simply a sin at first sight. But we from „Völlerei“ see it very differently. Because with us it means to enjoy life to the fullest. To let your gut decide, not your head.
We too listened to our guts and therefore decided to take a creative break. We are currently putting all our heart and soul into new projects. Friends of culinary art and "gluttony" can look forward to what 2021 will bring. In the meantime, our Resto-Bar holifuk is still open with fine dishes. See you there!

If we had to describe the cuisine of „Völlerei" in Saalfelden in three words, we would choose: down-to-earth, honest and provocative. Down to earth, because here you can expect good old traditional Austrian dishes and specialties from the Pinzgau region. Honest, because we buy our ingredients from producers we know and trust, and some we even produce by ourselves. And if you want to know what makes „Völlerei" provocative, you should come, and taste for yourself.
Local products simply taste better. That is why we source our products largely from farmers and suppliers from our region.

According to Falstaff – a prestigious Austrian wine and gourmet journal – we have one of the best bars in Salzburg. And although we are flattered to hear that, we think that every guest has to form their own opinion. All that matters to us, is that our guests feel comfortable in our bar. We want them to enjoy their drinks and their conversations, and are happy to invite everybody to relax in our comfy lounge sofas and to end the evening with a special signature drink created by Harry himself.
